Greg is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, former Vice President and General Counsel of an international, S&P 500 corporation, and President of G.V. Etter L.L.C., which he established to provide arbitration services. Greg’s international, transactional, governmental, entrepreneurial, legal, executive and scientific experience gives him a broad perspective on commercial disputes. He has consistently demonstrated excellence in dispute resolution and the handling of complex matters involving multiple disciplines. Among the wide variety of transactions that he has handled are mergers and acquisitions, financings, construction contracts, joint ventures, leases, options, settlement agreements, consent decrees and a broad range of agreements with domestic and foreign governments.
